Life Ireland - Thurles

Dame Street in Dublin, Ireland is the location of the offices of this charitable organization that works with women with crisis pregnancies and their families. Counselling and support for women experiencing distress and lack of support caused by an unplanned pregnancy is offered by the professional therapists. Counselling is also offered to fathers by the organization. The team has devised a Life Education programme where teenagers and young people are educated about pregnancy rights and responsibilities. Confidential and non-judgmental counselling is performed and trained staff and volunteers provide emotional and practical support through and after the pregnancy.
