Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi serves as the Managing Director, Vice-Chairman & Group CEO of Narayana Health. A Senior Cardiac Surgeon, he has been associated with NH Group since its inception and is credited with the establishment of Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences (RTIISC), Kolkata, one of the largest superspeciality hospitals in Eastern India and the Paediatric Cardiac Centre at Sana’a, Republic of Yemen, which was the first cardiac unit in Yemen. Previously he has been associated with several renowned hospitals such as Bombay Hospital, Mumbai; Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and Manipal Hospitals, Bengaluru. Dr. Raghuvanshi has been instrumental in rebranding of ‘Narayana Hrudayalaya’ to ‘Narayana Health’ to reflect organizational vision, values and the objectives that encompasses healthcare delivery across all specialities. Under his able leadership, NH has grown from strength to strength to become a conglomerate of 32 Hospitals across 20 Locations. Dr. Raghuvanshi has been conferred the ‘CEO of the Year’ Award by Stars Group’s Healthcare Leadership Awards 2015.

Mr. V. Keshavan has been associated with Narayana Health as Chief Financial Officer since February 2013. Mr. Keshavan brings on board experience of 20 years with IT major Wipro, where he handled various functional and leadership roles as Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Business Finance Responsibilities. He also has vast experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and pricing for large IT outsourcing deals. A mathematics graduate and a certified Chartered Accountant (CA), he also holds certifications in Cost Accounting from Institute of Costs and Work Accountants of India and Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

Mr. Shetty serves as the Senior Vice President – Strategy and Planning at NH Group. He is also one of the Directors of the Health City Cayman Islands, the Group’s first major overseas venture. He is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities for NH and is extensively involved in devising cost optimisation measures. Mr. Viren Shetty has been instrumental in attracting private equity investments for the Group. Mr. Shetty joined Hospital Engineering Services department of NH in 2004. He has designed and built a few hospitals for NH including the Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre and the multi-specialty hospitals in Jaipur and Ahmedabad. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, and has earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
