After finishing her master degree in Food and Nutrition, she completed her internship at Inscol hospital as a dietitian. Then she worked as an assistant nutritionist at PGIMER Chandigarh. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Health and Family Welfare and which is why she has brought in her extensive knowledge and experience with dealing family day-to-day health problems like Diabetes, high/low BP, etc.
Dietitian Lavleen says "It has always been my dream to create and promote good health and fitness through good food. While I do occasionally like eating junk food but I am able to balance that properly with nutritious food.
