Biography:
Pooja has been a fitness enthusiast for the last 12 years and finally decided to follow her passion full time when she quit her corporate life and trained to be a Pilates instructor. She is currently a certified STOTT PILATES ® instructor and has worked with a number of people over the last one year and has taught both Mat Pilates and Pilates using larger equipment like the reformer.
