Great experience

I needed a court submissable DNA test to change my daughters birth certificate pending the results, as I was in a different state I had concerns that it wouldn't meet requirements for my state SA, I spoke to the people on the phone and I received a call back that day within the hour and had all my concerns put to rest. Being fully accredited and priced well I went ahead and true to their advice had no issues here in SA with the results and changing certificates with different departments, would highly recommend was very pleased!!!!

Great, efficient, responds to calls in very timely manner and all questions answered, professional service, one that I would use again if needed!! My doctor had missed a place he needed to sign, so they made contact with him, posted it back and was explained well how it needed fixing, this delayed the results a little but not by much, was explained to me via phone and was assured it would still all be to court standards.

I contacted easyDNA about how I go about having a DNA test. The lady with whom I spoke with, answered all my questions & gave me a quote. The whole procedure only took a week, i now am the happy father of a 47 year old Daughter with four grand kids.

Fantastic, very affordable, and quick. Customer service was extremely good. The results were fairly easy to understand.

I received the dna kit overnight and it was very easy to use. The results came back within the specified time frame even though there were two public holidays.

I was very impressed with how fast the whole process was. I received the kit the day after ordering and had the results in a week, delivered conveniently to my email. I did have to contact customer service before returning my sample as I'd been sent the wrong form to fill out, but it wasn't at all a hassle as the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I was immediately emailed the correct form. I was really impressed by the high standard of customer service, professional but friendly. My DNA test was to find out if my twin girls were identical or not. Alot of people told me not to bother getting tested, what did it matter if they were or not? But I am so glad I found out, it was definitely not a waste of money, although it doesn't change anything, I feel I now have a greater insight into my girls. I would recommend EasyDNA as I had no problem dealing with the company. They were excellent regarding instructions of payment-sending swabs. That part of the process was very fast. They inform you when they receive the swabs and give you a time frame as to when your result comes through so you are not left wondering when you will get your results. The results came through the exact day that was quoted. They have helped myself and my sisters to at last know who our father is and we now feel complete.

We were very pleased with the whole process. Good price, as we had another test done before this one and it cost us at least $100 more. Thank you for all your help.
