Dr. Ong is the Medical Director of Bella Cara Dermatology, Inc. As a highly trained dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, he is highly respected by his peers and patients alike. Our practice is pleased that a number of physicians have chosen Dr. Ong as their own doctor to care for them and their families.

A board-certified dermatologist with the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Ong has specialized in skin cancer removal as well as medical, surgical, and state-of-the-art cosmetic dermatology since 1995. He keeps up-to-date on the latest dermatologic therapies and techniques. He recently passed his ten-year board recertification examination with a perfect score of 100. He is an active member of the Medical Staff at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian where he served as Chairman of the Department of Dermatology from 2005 to 2007. He is also a clinical instructor at UC Irvine Department of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Society for Mohs Micrographic Surgery.

Dr. Ong has been practicing dermatology in Orange County for more than ten years. He is a caring and compassionate physician who is dedicated to meeting each patient’s dermatologic needs. Through medical and cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, and powerful combination of treatment options, Dr. Ong quickly and effectively helps you to see dramatic improvements in the appearance and health of your skin. He is experienced in the newest technologies, including the use of laser treatments to remove pigmentation and facial veins and rejuvenate your skin.

Dr. Anh-Dao Le has been practicing in Southern California since 2003. She is a 1994 graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine internship in 1995 at the University of Texas Southwestern-Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, then went on to complete her Dermatology Residency in 1998 at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals, where she also served as a chief resident in her last year while completing her training in general and cosmetic dermatology and skin cancer surgery. She was awarded the Orange Bowl Committee Scholar-Athlete Scholarship and started her college education at Duke University and finished with Magna Cum Laude Honors at the University of Miami in 1990.

Tracie is our Physician Assistant who takes pride in meeting her patients' skincare needs. Striving for optimal skin health, she will address your concerns with compassion and attentiveness. Tracie first attended the University of Washington and later attained her Masters degree in Physicians Assistant Studies at Western University in Pomona, California. Having always had a passion for skin care, she was instantly drawn to the field of dermatology. She has fulfilled a rotation and preceptorship in dermatology and has trained under Dr. Ong in many aspects of dermatology including acne, skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic procedures. As a Physician Assistant, Tracie is able to examine and treat most skin conditions autonomously. She particularly enjoys working with patients on an individual level to tailor the right treatment plan and help them overcome their specific skin frustrations.

Laurie is a certified Oncology Esthetician. She helps patients maintain their beautiful skin by offering a wide variety of spa package deals, including enhancing facials that will leave you with clearer and smoother skin.

Sue is a certified Oncology Esthetician. She believes healthy skin is beautiful skin.

Mackenzie serves as both an Esthetician and Back Office Medical Assistant. A resident DJ here in Newport Beach, Mackenzie also enjoys traveling, playing the guitar, and going to the beach.
