Dr James Milne completed his medical training at the University of Cape Town in 1991 and specialised at Groote Schuur Hospital under internationally respected Dermatologists Professor Norma Saxe and Professor Gail Todd. He qualified as a Consultant Dermatologist in 2001 and shortly thereafter relocated with his family to the UK to join Gloucester Royal Hospital
