My GP had concerns that I had shingles of the eye which was terrifying to hear. He sent a referral letter to Dr. Jerry Tan and asked that I follow up with a phone call to the clinic to ask when I could be seen. Because I was so worried about the possibility of having shingles of the eye, I called immediately. The nurse was very understanding and asked if I could make it in the next day which of course I did. I had read some negative reviews about long office wait times but that was false! The staff was friendly, fast and Dr. Tan was able to determine very quickly that I did not have shingles. Whew!!!!
The wait time was minimal, and even after talking with the nurse and reviewing my situation, Dr. Tan was right on schedule and I had a prescription and was on my way within 15 minutes!! They even referred me to a pharmacy nearby.
