Very poor service. I sent a clear query asking about the price for Fraxel laser session. He replied that Fraxel is usually not sufficient for acne scar. I didn't ask what was sufficient, I just wanted to know the price range of the clinic to see if I could afford and go for a consultation. It does not make sense for me to go to a clinic which I have no idea on the price range! It is unreasonable. The replies were not answering the question made and I characterize it as an extremely poor and inefficient service.
