Orthodontic Retainer from £150
Teeth can move after orthodontic treatment. There are two types of retainer that we can provide. A bonded wire retainer will hold them in place permanently. A wire is bonded to the back of your front upper or lower teeth. We can also provide a removable clear plastic retainer which you will need to wear for at least 2 nights per week.

Metal fixed brackets these days are very small. They are fitted to the front of your teeth with a wire running between them which is kept in place by small elastic bands. You can choose different coloured bands to suit your taste. Please note that this fee is a guide only. A bespoke treatment plan quote can only be provided following a detailed assessment with our Orthodontist as the nature of treatment varies greatly according to each patient. Should your treatment be very simple or more complex then your quoted fee may fall outside of this range.

My NHS dentist did not offer the treatment for root canal, which was his diagnoses. He said he could only remove the tooth, so I had to find a private practice for root canal. My Silver Pepper Clinic Dentist was very clear and unhurried with his findings, showed the xray results and advised I don't need root canal at all. He made a 2nd appointment for 5 days later, to have 2 fillings, a polish and begin a 6 monthly care plan. I get to keep my tooth and I have found a professional service which is prompt and very caring. I fully recommend them.
