Dr Yusuf Jadwat attained his dental degree in 1998. After graduating, he spent 6 years in private practice both in the United Kingdom and South Africa. He then specialized as a periodontist, and is currently in private practice in South Africa and lectures part time. He has published a number of scientific articles and a book on the subject of patient compliance with periodontal maintenance.
