Graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University in 1978 and worked as a resident doctor at El-Gomhorreya Hospital after which he continued his practices at several private clinics. He then worked as a dentist in K.S.A at Jeddah National Hospital (JNH) from 1983-1989 followed by Hai el Jame'a Hospital for 2 years. He founded Jeddah Dental Center (JDC) in 1991 and he further continued his education in Implantology until he achieved his diploma in Oral Implantology in 1993, his fellowship in 1994 from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and a certificate from the American Association of Dental Implants Dentistry (AAD) in 1995. Finally, he established Dental Arts in 2004 followed by Biovision Company for medical supplies in 2007, aiming to present the BIOMET 3I dental implant; which is ranked 1st in Egypt up till now and world wide. Biovision's mission was to introduce a unique service to Dental Arts patients utilizing the best quality and the latest technology to obtain the best results. Dr. Ezzat has also been supporting the biggest research and educational institutes in Egypt.
