Interface - St. Thomas

DDS FRCD(C) Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, he grew up in Sarnia, Ontario. After attending University of Western Ontario, Bill obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 1976. His post-graduate education included internship at University Hospital in London, Ontario, followed by completion of a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Bill has been in private practice in London, Ontario since 1980. Bill is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a past examiner for the college. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a past president of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the London and District Dental Society. Bill was previously an Associate Clinical Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and currently Study Club Coordinator for the Canadian Section of ITI. Fellowships in the Academy of Dentistry International (ADI) and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

He is originally from Kingston, Ontario and grew up in Burlington, Ontario. He obtained both his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery education from the University of Western Ontario. His post-graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was obtained at Dalhousie University in Halifax, where he was also awarded his Master of Science degree in 1982. He has been in private practice in London, Ontario since then. Mike is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a member of the Ontario Dental Association and the London and District Dental Society.

DDS MSc. FRCD(C) Growing up in Toronto, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1983 from the University of Toronto and went on to complete a dental internship at Mount Sinai Hospital. A residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois and Cook County Hospital in Chicago followed, and William obtained his Master of Science degree in the field of microsurgery in 1991, also from the University of Illinois. He has been in private practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in London, Ontario since 1989. William is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, where he currently also is an examiner. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, William is also a former Clinical Associate Professor of surgery and acted in the capacity of Associate Program Director (Canada) of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1997-2007. He is also an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Western Ontario where he lectures regularly to the graduate department of Orthodontics. He is currently chief of surgery at st. thomas elgin general hospital. William is the past Chairman for the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Foundation for Continuing Education and Research.
