I’ve been going to Lighthouse Dental for about 3years now, and have had everything done from a cleaning to a root canal. For the most part (95%?) all went well. For the few minor glitches, the dentist had me back in at my earliest convenience, and the appointment was free of charge to myself.
As to why I chose LD, I feel kind of silly sharing it. My son had been going there and said they had a TV on the ceiling the patient could watch through their procedure. Being naturally terrified of dental procedures, I figured anything that would take my mind off of things had to be good. The wall murals they have are beautiful. Maybe they should have one for ceilings.
On my first visit, Dr. Baig was amazing, and always been ever since. At one appointment during which I had a medical crisis, Dr.Baig did all the right things till the paramedics arrived. That gives me one more reason to appreciate him. The dental assistants are all wonderful and seem to go abcd in their efforts to make the patient as comfortable as possible at all times. The only suggestion overall, is to suggest the assistants introduce themselves by name. It just humanizes the whole process.
Oh they don’t toot their own horn on this, but the dental chairs are equipped with massagers. Just ask. Wow!
