He completed his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of Melbourne in 1978. He then completed a Doctor of Dental Science in Canada in 1983. Following this he practiced general dentistry for 20 years before returning to complete a Masters in Dental Science degree specialising in orthodontics. He has been an orthodontist since 2000. Kip is a widely respected lecturer at local, national and international level and an honorary fellow at the University of Melbourne. Kip is an examiner for the University of Melbourne at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Australian Dental Course. He is a Member of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2004 with a Diploma in Oral Health Therapy and has worked as a Dental Therapist for seven years, specifically in orthodontics. This has involved being trained in lingual orthodontics, which she has been working with for the past 4 years. She assists the orthodontists with many aspects of treatment and is here to help you throughout treatment. She is an advocate of life-long learning to update her dental knowledge with continuing education and lectures.
