Graduating with a Dental Degree (BDS) from the University of Adelaide in 1992, Scott completed his fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in 1999. Scott then dedicated 8 years to paediatric dental care as a hospital staff dentist, lecturer to the University of Adelaide and head of the dental unit at the Adelaide Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
