Dr. David Hayes is double-board-certified in Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology. With five years of facial anatomy training to his credit, he offers patients a level of expertise that is rare in his field. His artistic eye allows him to provide his patients with exceptional surgical outcomes and beautiful, natural-looking results.

Tess Hart has worked as a medical esthetician since 2005. She completed her training in Idaho. Tess joined our team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2008.

Tess specializes in preventing and correcting sun damaged, aging and acne-prone skin. Her goal is to provide clients with the knowledge to protect and maintain the health of their skin. Tess is also very experienced with camouflage makeup post-operatively as well as tips and tricks for daily makeup application.

Danielle Wright has worked as a Medical Esthetician since 2004. She completed her training at the National Aesthetics Institute of Scottsdale. She has extensive training in the Aesthetics industry working in both spas and dermatologist offices in states such as Arizona, Michigan and Florida. In June of 2011 Danielle moved home to Missoula and joined our team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery.

 With her extensive knowledge comes her specialization in treating every skin type. She is energetic and loves her clients.

Matty  became a member of the team at Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2011. He attended the University of Montana’s dance program before pursing professional dance in New York City. He began his career in the customer service industry over 15 years ago, working in various management positions. With an ongoing interest in medicine and aesthetics he finds assisting our patients with their needs extremely gratifying.
