Nowak Aesthetics

As a Board Certified Dermatologist who received his Medical Training at MidWestern University, he was appointed to the Sigma Sigma Phi National Honor Society. He completed his residency at the POH Medical Center, through Michigan State University, acting as Chief Resident. He also served as Resident Liaison to the American Osteopathic College Of Dermatology Board of Directors. Dr. Nowak is a guest speaker at national and international medical meetings and performs as preceptor to many physicians and cosmetic surgeons training them in Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery procedures. He currently trains residents through one of the USCD medical training programs.

San Diego Dermatologist Ron Colunga, PA-C, joins the Nowak Aesthetics team with over 15 years of medical and dermatological experience. His areas of specialty include all aspects of dermatology, dermatological surgery, and allergy care. He also has experience with lasers for skin rejuvenation. Ron received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Iowa and graduated with distinction. He also has a second degree from the University of Texas in Austin where he also graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. We are proud to have Ron as part of our team!

I had been working at Nowak Aestehtics since 2001. One thing that I love the most is taking care of patients and helping them achieve their goals in the most comfortable and pleasant way. This has been and it will be my number one goal. There is nothing better than hearing from our patients how happy they are with their results and the care that we provided. We have so many wonderful, exceptional and nice patients that it is a pleasure to come to work every day.
