Breast Augmentation
In the procedure a small incision is made in the fold under the breast and a pocket is created under the chest muscle. The placement under the muscle gives a very natural appearance and greatly lessens the possibility of a hardened capsule around the implant and eliminates rippling. Since you are awake, you are placed in a sitting position where you become apart of the team to determine a satisfactory appearance and size. Fifteen minutes after the procedure is completed, you will be able to walk out of the office. However, we do require someone to drive you home.
