Highly recommended (Eyelid surgery and Fraxel laser skin treatment completed in May 2018). Pitangui was a 5-star experience! As a visitor from the US, it was also a seamless process, with Mandy (the company representative) and the nurses being English speaking. The online reviews for ME Cosmetic were very good and they were able to give me a tax refund, so I had my double eyelid surgery and ultherapy sessions here. I paid 4300 for the eyelid surgery and 1000 for the ultherapy. I reckon their rates were okay compared to some other places. One week after the surgery, I went back to have the stitches removed. I’m happy with the double eyelid surgery results, but I need more time to heal so I can see the full effect. The ultherapy has lifted my skin, so things look a little smoother now, but the results are not that obvious. As far as the clinic’s concerned, it is a bit small, but the doctor and the general staff were really nice. They had a translator I could speak both English and Japanese with. Everything went well.
