Went for my initial consultation. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Craig McKinnon provided great, pragmatic advice tailored to my concerns, including any risks or downsides. I didn't feel pressured at all to then book a procedure, but his approach gave me full confidence that I will be going ahead with what he suggested for me.
