I underwent successful surgery on September 10th 2020 by Dr Stamatis Sapountzis. Hospital nurses treated me with devotion and care that touched my heart. The food at the hospital is delicious, fresh and good. Although only 6 weeks have passed since the day of surgery, I am satisfied with the results. (The end result will be seen after half a year). The attractive price I was offered wasn't a factor which convinced me to choose this doctor. Before I chose Dr Stamatis Sapountzis, I had contact with doctors from the Netherlands, (my country of residence), and from Greece, none of whom particularly impressed me. Already in the first email (out of 93 in total over a period of several months before and after the operation!), Cynthia, Dr Stam's personal assistant replied to me in a professional, patient manner that conveyed reliability, professionalism and personal integrity. Intuitively, I knew right away I had come to the right place, but, still, I did my homework well; I checked his professional background and reviews, but, got reinforcements for my intuition when I made my first video call with Dr. Stamatis Sapountzis. It's hard to explain in words, but, I knew I was in the right hands and with the right person. I am a very thorough perfectionist to the smallest detail and suspicious by nature woman, but, also one who knows how to listen and interpret my intuition correctly. Dr. Stam's positive energy radiated reliability and professionalism. I remember clearly shortly before the surgery I let him know I trust him 100% and I know I had reached a safe place. I had no fear or doubts. Not only did he do a wonderful job, but, Dr Stamatis Sapountzis surprised me big time. He did above and beyond to make a wish come true for me. Thanks to him, I can walk the street today with confidence and pride. I thank Dr Stamatis Sapountzis for his sincere concern towards me, for bothering to come to the hospital at midnight to find out why I can not sleep? (No Dutch doctor would bother so much for his patient). I thank him for always making me feel comfortable in his presence and every question (out of many) was accepted willingly and respectfully. Being a good doctor, it is not only professionally, but also know how to meet the needs of your patients. You have what it takes to be called a great dr. I will always be grateful to Dr Stamatis Sapountzis, for being attentive to my request and answering my needs. I thank God for sending me to you. I feel as if I was reborn on October 10th, 2020. I strengthen your hands, Dr Stamatis Sapountzis and pray God will always be with you and yours. Wherever you turn see happiness and blessing in your professional and personal life.
