I was originally contemplating to have surgery in a different country but after a brief consultation at Dr. Jugenburg’s office, I did not want to go anywhere else.

From the minute I stepped foot into the office, I received amazing service from each individual who worked there. As I was a little nervous about having surgery, Nurse Kim went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured me that I can come for the sizing anytime. They were also incredibly flexible with my schedule as I wanted to have my surgery as soon as possible and they were so accommodating in finding me a spot right away. I had my surgery 6 months ago and my only regret is that I wish I had it earlier!

Jugenburg, and everytime I think about the care and the results I get emotional and teary. During my two consultations he was sensitive and understanding as he professionally offered alternatives and ensured I was never pressured to undergo surgery. Moreover, the clinic staff are all exceptional, providing unsurpassed patient care. In particular, Kim is an invaluable asset to the clinic who conveys genuine concern for patients.
Throughout the entire process, Kim was exceedingly helpful and caring. She even provided me with a cell number following my surgery and insisted I call her at any time with my questions or concerns. It was apparent that the optimal surgical care did not end with the surgery as the superior level of care has remained consistent during postoperative care and my follow-up visits.
