I have suffered since the age of 26 with progressive Disc Degeneration. I’m not 62. During that time, I progressed to osteoarthritis in some areas. Kyphosis. Lumber Lordosis. Severe osteoarthritis. Deviated spine.
My mobility was deteriorating quite significantly, and most recently, I twisted my sacrum and could barely walk. My posture was so bent forward that living life in severe pain was unbearable.
My husband took me to see Dr Shelley Irving just 7 weeks ago.

Shelley did an immediate assessment and knew exactly the main cause of my twisted sacrum. Surprisingly, it was my neck.
Several X-rays later proved her accurate diagnosis, and treatment started that day.

The results have been amazing.
There is definitely no hope and light at the end of a long tunnel.
I have made great progress.
Walking has become easier. Sleeping is less painful, and sitting is less stressful.

After all these years of suffering and being passed from one hospital department to another without any hope, it has finally changed.

I started treatment with Dr Shelley at UK Chiropractic over 14 years ago, due to ongoing pain and loss of movement in my spine and neck. This is due to damage and would only get worse over the years With regular treatment and adjustments this has meant that my condition has not deteriorated further, thank goodness.

A full assessment and written report are done every 6 months to keep a regular check on my spine and twice a month I go for adjustments.
