Dr. Stringer gave a very fast and courteous response to my enquiry. Although they did not provide the treatment I was looking for, I was reassured by the professional attitude I encountered.

Felt I was getting somewhere with my problem

Doctor Stringer was fantastic, which is what has made me continue treatment here. Very professional, friendly and I felt I was going to get somewhere with my problem. I am now logged into coming back regularly to continue treatment.

A new customer or any customer should be greeted at reception with a smile and a few welcoming words. Unfortunately they seem to have the grumpiest reception staff, which is very disappointing and certainly not good for business. If it wasn't for Tom being so competent and looking after me, I wouldn't be making another appointment. I'll have to ignore the receptionist (one in particular) next appt!

The treatment was excellent but the receptionist gave a very unfriendly and cold greeting for my first visit. Not impressed.
