I Would definitely recommend Jon. I had never seen a chiropractor before and was a little unsure (and nervous) about the 'cracking' aspect. After 4 sessions all is back to normal (stiff neck that just wouldn't shift on its own), what a relief! Thank you very much.

I can’t praise Jon booth enough and would 100% recommend him. I have had a problem with my back and hip for a while. I had a particularly bad episode when I contacted Jon and the difference after one treatment was amazing! I’ve seen him a few more times now and with the progression, I have made I can’t believe I left it so long before I saw someone.

This was my first encounter with a chiropractor and Jon always makes sure he explains everything to me, as we go through the treatment and always makes sure I am comfortable.

Excellent advice on how to maintain and strengthen my back

Many years with a bad back which meant at times I was unable to stand straight. Jon understood the problem very quickly and has helped me to resume an active life.

5 50 Back Pain Treatment, Chiropractor Consultation

YMYB treated me for stiffness in my neck and back. The periodic treatment is effective and long-lasting. The depth of their knowledge is clear for all to see. Jon even helped with a ganglion on my wrist, using instruments that looked like products of torture, but it didn't hurt and it disappeared.

I have been diagnosed with Diabetes some two years ago, so part of my regime to mitigate this was to improve my fitness. Jon has helped by ensuring I don't overdo it and even helps with nutrition advice. My walks are pain-free and 10,000 steps a day is a breeze now.

Back pain can be caused by all sorts of problems. The first step to treatment is to work out what the problem is through a thorough physical examination. Treatment methods are then discussed and the perfect plan is worked out for you.

Chiropractic initial assessment (1 hour)

Your Chiropractic treatment will always begin with a thorough history and physical examination to work out the cause of your problem.  The treatment options available will then be explained to you and we can help you make the best choice as to where to go from there.

Initial appointments usually last about 60 minutes and follow-up treatments about 20 minutes.

Biography:
Principle Chiropractor at YMYB Health & Wellness Centre. Jon graduated in 2011 with a Masters in Chiropractic from the AECC in Bournemouth.  Jon loves his work as a chiropractor in Andover and is happy treating many musculoskeletal conditions from back and neck pain to sports injuries. Jon has a background in white water kayaking, skydiving and has more recently taken up obstacle course racing and so has a keen interest in sports injuries. Jon recognises that chiropractic has given him a huge advantage in life as without the knowledge he has gained from it he would likely still have poor posture and be struggling with many problems that he now helps others to overcome.
