Dr Trystan James (Chiro) DC MChiro

Dr Trystan James  graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a masters qualification after developing a passion for healthcare following numerous injuries he sustained whilst playing rugby. 

Alongside West Wales Chiropractors, Trystan also practices in Swansea which has provided a wide range of experience with all musculoskeletal conditions, namely degenerative complications, neurological and musculotendinous injuries.

Originally from a small seaside town in Ceredigion, Trystan takes pride in his Welsh speaking abilities, so please don’t hesitate to say ‘shwmae’ if you do too!

In his spare time, Trystan is an avid weightlifter and mountain biker, which goes hand in hand with his particular interest being sporting injuries. To assist this, Trystan is a massive advocate of rehabilitation.
