Fast forward 37 years that very same lady is still treating me and keeping me mobileKevin, UK, 05 04 21

Some 37 years ago I started having shoulder problems, a work colleague told me about a chiropractor who had solved a back problem for him, so I thought why not give it a try. I was lucky enough to be seen by a lovely young woman who after a few sessions managed to solve the problem, but in doing so also found quite a few more mechanical issues. Fast forward 37 years that very same lady is still treating me and keeping me mobile and helping with pain issues. We’ve both come a very long way together and consider her as a very good friend. In fact, because I’ve been seeing her so long I even get to go on all the staff Christmas parties ( only joking), friendship aside I dread to think how I my life and mobility would be without Jatinder’s amazing treatment.

Action Physiotherapy Ltd - Physiotherapy Clinic in the UK

Action Physiotherapy Ltd

54b High Street, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK11 1AQ
Physiotherapists treat any problem related to muscles, joints, bones, nerves, ligaments and tendons.  We treat any problem associated with the spine and also provide post-surgical/fracture rehabilitation.  Physiotherapists use mobilisation techniques, manipulation, strengthening, stretching and Pilates exercises to treat injuries.  We can also use acupuncture to treat musculoskeletal conditions. Physiotherapists take a detailed history and use orthopaedic tests to diagnose a patient’s problems (in the same way as orthopaedic specialists would).  If we feel your problem requires further investigation (e.g. an X-Ray or MRI scan) we will refer you on to the necessary specialist for this to happen.  We will explain your condition and rationalise an approach to try to effectively treat it.  Treatment will usually encourage the patient to take an active role (e.g. modify activities, look at work tasks/set ups, or do exercises) to help them self-manage their problems and to also focus on injury prevention and to decrease the chance of injury recurrence. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problemBrian, India, 12 10 23

Jonathan was recommended to me by my son who had a painful back problem. We had both seen other practitioners in the area but Jonathan is by far the best. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problem. I subsequently had surgery on my ankle, a prolonged period on crutches which left me with general alignment issues and a degree of discomfort which Jonathan addressed in a couple of visits. Jonathan is the 1st person my family and friends look to for rectification of any muscular or skeletal issues.

after just 2 sessions she resolved the problem with my ribsLaura, UK, 02 03 19

For almost 6 months I had persistent pain in my ribs after a bad fall from a ladder - also problems with my back, which worried me greatly as I have always been active and done lots of exercises. I saw Moira at the clinic and was instant, hugely impressed. She is so knowledgeable - also very nice - and after just 2 sessions she resolved the problem with my ribs (which I honestly thought would be there for life). She is now sorting out my back with remedial Pilates - again everything is perfectly explained, and already I'm feeling the benefits. I can't recommend St Jude's highly enough.
