Originally from South Korea, I recently moved to Brisbane after living in Sydney for the last 13 years. Managing pain and providing corrective chiropractic care from a busy Sydney CBD location was a great experience, but I have always dreamt about being part of a family-oriented practice that provides family chiropractic care, and enables more in-depth relationships with patients. So for me the opportunity to move my family to Queensland and for my old son to grow up with nature, was an opportunity too good to miss. From the time of our birth to the stresses of day to day living, we all experience minor traumas that cause abnormal movement patterns and affect neurological controls. With chiropractic, it is the adjustment that activates the receptors at the specific joint to increase activity with the brain, and in doing so can provide analgesic effects to the pain and increase control and stability of the area by increasing the proprioception (joint position sense). This allows the body to recognize the new pattern of movement and also remember what normal alignment and spine control was like before the minor trauma occurred.

Dr Simon Willams was born and educated in NZ, and trained at the prestigious NZ college of Chiropractic. For the last 2 years Dr Williams has had the privilege of jerring throughout Australia, in NSW, SA and now QLD. My professional interest lies in seeing families cared for, to embrace holistic wellness, and supporting the health of our community.
