Adam was born in Adelaide, South Australia in 1971. He graduated in in 1996 with a Degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology. Dr. Meredith moved to Sydney and completed his Masters in Chiropractic in 1998. In 2001 he was accepted to be a University Lecturer and Clinic Supervisor, at Maquarie University, Sydney. He now owns 4 Chiropractic Business’s, as well as an Xray and Bone densitometry business. After graduating Adam worked under the guidance of his Mentor Dr. Philipson (Chiropractor, Adams University Lecturer and author of Chiropractic technique books) Dr. Meredith then started his own practice in 2001 in North Sydney. His practice grew quickly as he gained a reputation for being a Lumbar Disc Specialist. Though busy and having other Chiropractor Woking for him in his first year, Adam was frustrated by a percentage of clients that kept relapsing. He was also frustrated with his own battle with low back pain after breaking his back in a water skiing accident. In 2004 Dr. Meredith was introduced to Postural therapy which revolutionized the way he approached spinal pain, and consequently got rid of his own back pain. The success from this technique allowed Dr. Meredith to start another 3 practices in Sydney.

Adam studied Chiropractic at Macquarie University and has a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic. He has since gone on to become proficient in Advanced Biostructural Correction TM and uses this breakthrough specialisation of Chiropractic to correct the postures of his patients. He is passionate about correcting posture in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. Adam is an absolute foodie, his grandmother’s traditional polish dishes were always a favourite growing up. He now loves all cuisines and has travelled the world to sample them, he can’t say no to anything loaded with chilli and is a big fan of nose to tail dining. Growing up in Newcastle, Adam has always been a sporty guy and loves water sports, snow sports, golf and all the footy codes. During his time with the Crows Nest Spine and Health Centre Adam has found that the key to preventing sports injuries is good posture and good spinal function. He has worked closely with elite sportsmen including cricketers, golfers and boxers. Adam is a regular guest speaker on posture in corporate Sydney and also volunteers his time speaking at local gyms and community centres to raise awareness of the postural issues in today’s sedentary society.

Stephen is a graduate of Macquarie University, holding a Masters in Chiropractic. He is passionate about helping patients suffering from chronic pains relating to their spine, such as back pain, tightness and headaches. A specialist in correcting and maintaining postural distortions, Dr. Yoon, through his years of experience, has discovered a strong causal link between poor posture and spinal pains. Dr. Yoon states that “Through correcting and maintaining great posture in my clients patients, I have seen greater results than ever before, and seen a decrease in recuurence of symptoms. But the biggest thing I notice when my clients are posturally correct is an increase in their health, and improvements in the way they look and feel.” Stephen is a keen basketballer, and has played since his teens to this day. In the summer, he loves to spend his time at the beach, catching waves and swimming. In the winter months he is an avid snowboarder hitting the slopes of Thredbo, and New Zealand when possible.
