I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this clinic.
I paid for my surgery in advance. Following the procedure, I received hospital documentation that showed liposuction performed on two areas: the thighs and the back. However, I later received information from the clinic indicating that six liposuction units had been performed. As a result, I was left with concerns about the difference between the hospital documentation and the information provided by the clinic, as well as how my payment and refund were calculated.
I contacted the clinic on multiple occasions to seek clarification regarding this discrepancy. Although I received an explanation and additional documentation, I felt that it did not correspond with the hospital records I had received, and my concerns remained unresolved.
I also had concerns regarding the removal of my eyelid sutures at the clinic. I requested information about the qualifications and registration of the individual who carried out this procedure, but I did not receive the information I was seeking.
Overall, I was disappointed by what I felt was a lack of clarity regarding documentation, refund calculations, and responses to my questions. Based on my experience, I was left with concerns about transparency and communication throughout the process.
