I cannot recommend Emerald Laser and Abigail enough! ✨ I’ve lost a good few inches from my stomach area and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The Emerald Laser really works. It’s completely safe and non-invasive, and as long as you follow the advice (especially drinking plenty of water so your body can flush the fat cells), you really do start to see the difference. What makes the experience even better is Abigail. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about getting you results. She will actually tell you if a treatment isn’t right for you or if you’d be wasting your money, which I really respect. Her service goes above and beyond. She even checks in by text and gives advice on how to continue losing weight and maintaining results. That level of care is rare. I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.
