I honestly couldn’t recommend Mr. & Mrs Fillers more. From the moment I walked in, you can tell they really know what they’re doing. They walk you through everything — the process, possible side effects, risks, and what to do if anything happens. What I really appreciated is that they don’t just scare you with risks, they also reassure you that everything is manageable/fixable and that you can contact them anytime if you’re worried about anything.

They’re super professional but also very approachable — no question feels stupid and they take the time to properly explain things. They also won’t give you unrealistic expectations, which I actually loved. They’re very honest about what’s achievable and guide you on what would need to be done to get the look you want.

And the treatment itself… as pleasant as getting needles in your lips can possibly be 😅 I’ve been to a different lip specialist before and it genuinely felt like torture, but this was honestly like a walk in the park in comparison.

You also get a full post-treatment kit which is SUCH a nice touch — the lip balm for bruising literally saved my life (I bruise so easily), plus a cooling gel you keep in the freezer and loads of aftercare info so you feel completely looked after.

They also really encourage you to stay in touch and message them if anything comes up after, which just makes you feel even more reassured.

The results are exactly what I wanted — balanced, natural, just beautiful. And on top of all that, they’re just genuinely lovely people.

Initially booked a consultation for some facial filler after weight loss and ageing. I’ve never had any cosmetic procedures before, so this was a big step.
