Non-Surgical Nose Job
Dermal filler is used to smoothen any lumps and dips in the nasal bright. The risks involved in treating the tip of the nose and the area at the very top of the nose are greater than at other parts of the nose- the risk of accidental injection of the dermal filler into a tiny blood vessel is greatest at the above mentioned areas, which can lead to blackening and non viability of the skin as the blood supply is blocked off. Other side effects/risks: Swelling. bruising, lumpiness, rarely infection and also reports of blindness ( happens when the filler is accidentally injected into blood vessels- appropriate and necessary precaution is taken before injecting to avoid this, by aspirating first to check that blood is not being drawn up, but there is that small element of risk).Effects seen immediately, and last for 9-12m, sometimes longer.
