I attended this clinic to get three sessions of teeth whitening, when I arrived for my first session I was told the bulb in the laser machine had blown and would take up to three weeks to be fixed so I was given a face cleansing instead which I didn’t mind cos these things happen, I got a new appointment for a fortnight later which went smoothly, I was told I would need two more sessions and to have the next one 3 weeks later, two days before my appointment it got cancelled because the machine had broken again so the receptionist said they would inform me of a new appointment, I then received a call about ten days later to say my appointment was cancelled for the friday @11:30 due to storm Emma even though I knew nothing of the appointment, I explained I didn’t have a appointment on Friday as I was working, I heard nothing after that about rescheduling so I rang the clinic to explain it was nearly 6 weeks since my first whitening which is a waste of money as the second session should have taken place no more than 3 weeks ltr, I rang again 4 days ago explaining and I was told I would get a call back straight away but heard nothing back since, very very frustrating service and a waste of 80£
