Sam was very friendly and efficient. He advised what was happening and was very careful to ensure all was okay throughout the treatment.
After the treatment, the area was uncomfortable for a few days (like having burns) but not painful.
I am just coming into the 3rd week after treatment and it seems to be working and clearing up my sunspots.
The area of treatment was red and angry for two weeks but now the area is fading and looking healthier. Maybe another week until all signs of treatment is gone.

My appointment was on time and handled well by the staff. Sam was easy to talk with and but informative.
