Very Kind and Excellent Surgeon - Rhinoplasty. I came across Instituto Medico Privado when looking for Surgeons outside the US. It wasn't so much about the money but the proper care and quality of the doctors I was looking for. I am very happy with my decision to go with them. Their prices were reasonable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Diana Monteiro was very kind, communicative, and provided exceptional surgery. I'm happy I went with my intuition. Very grateful to have such a great clinic.

The doctor was on time. The clinic was extremely clean. She was very professional, thorough and caring. Highly recommend. Only thing I can suggest is some kind of numbing agent because of the pain during the procedure afterwards everything went great.

As a personal trainer in the States, I consulted many physical therapists in regard to my clients so I had a pretty solid understanding of typical treatment protocols as well as the anatomy involved. It was clear that the therapists here understood the scope of my injury and they used several different strategies to ensure my progress. Not only are they skilled, but they are professional. All sessions started and ended in a timely manner and they were always prepared. Based on what I could describe to them, they were always willing to pivot - taking into account how the treatment was progressing between sessions.

I had physio after 2 failed knee replacements in UK. The ladies were very attentive and referred me to other clinics ie gym. I would recommend the clinic as I have improved immensely with my balance and walking. Thanks ladies.

I have had several sessions of physical therapy at Instituto Medico Privado for a severely broken and then surgically repaired shoulder and have been extremely impressed and happy with the outcome. I had done several months of regular therapy in the United States prior to coming to Porto and it was essential to continue the recovery process or else regress. Since starting here, the shoulder's rate of recovery has improved significantly due to their outstanding work. Each session has been customized/adjusted to focus on areas of greatest need. They explain what and why they are doing very well.

I had a baby birth 8 months ago via c-section operation, which was not done very well, so I came to Instituto Medico Privado for a post-surgery recovery massage therapy of my c-section scar.

Overall I had 5 times of therapy and the results are fantastic. Not only the scar has improved visually, but internal muscle adhesions have dissolved also. The therapist Diana was highly professional with a lot of experience in rehabilitation and sports massage.

After that, I brought my 8-month-old baby for baby massage, because she had weak back and shoulder muscles and could not sit independently… after 6 treatments my baby is sitting and crawling properly! Very glad I ended up in the hands of this clinic. Big thank you!
