I had spoken to a few doctors regarding the sleeve surgery before finding Dr. Jordan.
From the first email we shared, I knew he was concerned about me & I felt as though this relationship wss the best fit for me. He & I began corresponding & shortly after I decided he would be the doctor for my surgery. Of course, I had been to this part of Mexico several times & felt comfortable with the area. I knew I had traveled there by myself, with my children & the people are very gracious.
The city of Leon is full of historical churches, museums, but it has a new flair to it as well. Many people speak English so the city is easy to acclimate to. There is a zoo, beautiful places to shop, including 2 gorgeous malls with everything you could ask for. I only mention these things about the city because they are only icing on the cake.
The greatest sight in this city are all the people that work at hospital Chavez with Dr. Jordan. From the moment I entered the building, there was a doctor greeting me & speaking English. The nurses were attentive & I had care like I never received in America.
After I was settled, Dr. Jordan came in & I felt iike an old friend was with me. He had already gone over all my test with me prior so I knew what to expect. This is a man that took his nights for weeks, answering every question I asked & telling me the truth the whole way.
I completed my surgery & I was given impeccable care, from the receptionist to the orderly that took me to surgery, to the nurses to the nutritionist, to the doctors that performed the actual procedure, I could not have asked for more.
Constant care, with actual doctors taking care of you around the clock. Unheard of here in the states, but with Dr. Jordan, it is his nature, his heart & the love of medicine that makes him the only doctor I have had complete trust in.
You cannot find a more caring, compassionate human being. His fees are so nominal that you know his heart is driving his care for others. He will make sure your family is informed right along with you. I asked him if I could keep in touch with him & he informef me we were in a lifetime relationship. I cannot think of anyone else doing my surgery.
If you think you want a bariatric procedure done & you don't have insurance, Dr. Jordan will be your angel & help save your life! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
