General Surgeon. He was born on April 16, 1979 in the city of Tula Hidalgo, he completed a degree in Medicine at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas obtaining the title of Surgeon in 2001, made rotating internship undergraduate and social service IMSS, presented the national survey of medical residency in 2003 approvingly in place 30 for the specialty of general surgery, he completed the first year of residence in the General Hospital of Oaxaca, later culminating in the three years remaining in the General Hospital Queretaro, made a stay of four months in advanced laparoscopic surgery at the Central Military Hospital, later attended the fellowship with duration of one year in advanced laparoscopic surgery in the service of minimally invasive surgery of the Central Military Hospital, Mexico City. He completed his training in bariatric surgery at the Center of European Excellence for the study and management of obesity and metabolic diseases, in Valladolid, Spain.
