Acupuncture is the practice of inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body and can be used in the treatment of a wide range of conditions.
By increasing circulation and regulating the nervous system Acupuncture can improve the body’s own natural healing response.
More than ever people are feeling out of sync with their body and their environment, stressed, overworked and run down.
The majority of patients report feeling extremely relaxed during and after treatments and leave feeling energised, rejuvenated and stress free.
Traditional Chinese Massage
Traditional Chinese Massage (Tui Na) uses a variety of effective techniques to release the muscles, improve circulation and correct any postural misalignments in the body.
It can be used for a wide range of conditions and injuries from Back Pain and Sciatica to Headaches, Stress and Anxiety.
Tui Na Massage uses Deep Tissue Massage techniques and also includes bone setting, joint manipulations and Acupressure.
The diversity of techniques is what makes Chinese Massage stand out and gives it the unique ability to adapt and address many different types of complaints.
