I have a deep love of nature and love to be under a big blue sky, this picture was taken about 8 miles away (and 1500 ft up) form Napa Valley in California and is probably one of my favourite places in the world.
Nature will always show us balance and when we are in pain of suffering from disease we need to bring our bodies back into balance. Traditional Chinese Medicine is all about balance and harmony and I use all of my training to help my clients towards the goal of long term health and balance.
