I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and this doctor

5 50 Acupuncture Treatment

I had a few issues after giving birth and after Covid and found Acu Herbs rather by chance - I am so glad I did! My health improved drastically and not only do I now feel healthier but I also have a lot more energy again. I'm still in awe about other improvements that happened, too: my skin improved a lot and I have lost a significant amount of weight! I have used acupuncture and herbal treatments in the past already (in UK and in Switzerland) but Dr. Nin seems to have a lot more experience and expertise (I haven't experienced such good results before) . I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and this doctor. He is very professional and shows a true interest and care in his patients. Thank you Dr. Nin!

5 50 Acupuncture Treatment • Paid: £40

I have been visiting ACU Herbs in Maidenhead for second year now and have not looked back since. Last year I have suffered with 'Tennis elbow' that started to seriously impact my daily life such as driving or even holding a cup was painful. My GP suggested course of steroids and I knew its time to seek alternative treatment. Dr.Jiang at ACU Herbs is an absolute genius. He assesses the whole body and treats the cause of the problem not just the pain. Needless to say that my Tennis elbow was gone in under 3 months which normally this condition takes around 12 to 24 months to clear away.

I am now attending weekly acupuncture sessions mainly for general wellbeing and digestive comfort. Having a very demanding job that requires a lot of foreign and UK travel, computer work, sitting down or rushing about, not in equal measures, I need help with balancing it.

It is hard to describe the feeling after each session, but I will try nevertheless. It is like walking on clouds, my body and mind are at peace, my energy levels are high and I just want to get up and go. Stress? What stress? I cannot imagine being able to manage all this and keep it under control. Dr.Jiang talks to me each time and puts everything back in order especially after one of my busy weeks.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jiang's treatments to anyone who does not want to consume chemicals, mask pain with chemicals and keep masking pain, stress, discomfort with chemicals without ever learning the cause of the pain, aches etc.

Try it, you have nothing to loose, but gain new life. Huge thank you, Dr. Jiang.

Acupuncute is the time tested therapy that has been practised in the Far East for thousands of years. The philosophy behind the treatment is that energy lines or meridians circulate around the body. These meridians contain our energy flow or “qi”. It is when this qi is impaired through the body that imbalance and illness occurs. With the insertion of fine needles at various points on the meridian, the energy can be moved or redirected to where it is needed most. In this way the body's balance can be restored and the illness resolved.

The flow of energy can be disrupted in many ways; emotional upset, physical trauma, poor diet or overwork are all common examples. By examining this underlying cause and how it has affected the body, the most appropriate treatment for the patient can be selected. Treating the patient as an individual is at the core of the acupuncture treatment and it this that helps allow the body to rebalance itself.

Blocked energy can manifest itself in areas that are painful or are particularly cold or hot, or a different colour. These signs can help determine which points are most suitable.
