Kate received a Diploma in Natural Therapy Massage in 1993 and qualified as an Aromatherapist in 1994.
Kate qualified as an Acupuncturist in 1998 with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. She carried out two months practice in Nanjing University, China in 1998.She has been practising Acupuncture since 1998 in Naas, Co. Kildare.
She has qualified in Chinese Tuina Massage. She incorporates Acupuncture and Massage for muscular and skeletal injuries such as back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulders and repetitive strain injuries.
She completed a Diploma course in Diet and Nutrition (ITEC) so can also offer dietary advice, if agreed, with Acupuncture treatments.
In 2007 she qualified to practice Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. She is a member of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Council of Ireland
