About Traditional Chinese Medical Practice

The Traditional Chinese Medical Practice was established in Letterkenny in 2005 by Mr. Kim Mc Menamin. It is located in a private residential area very close to the Town Centre. The Chinese Medical Practice, Letterkenny and the Natural Health Centre, Buncrana,

are now established at the cutting edge of alternative medicine in Donegal. The Clinic offers Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Electro Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment, and offers treatment to a variety of problems namely, Stress, Depression, Weight Loss, Migraine Headaches, Crohns  Disease, IBS, Insomnia, Infertility, Back Ache, Shin Splints, Tennis Elbow, Asthma, Arthritis, Palpitations, High Blood Pressure, Menopausal Problems, Sinusitis, Skin Conditions  to name but a few.

Having established the Natural Health Centre in Buncrana in 1997, Kim then decided to bring his vast clinical experience and expertise to Letterkenny. Traditional Chinese Medicine which includes Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Medical Qi Qong and Tai Chi is the world’s oldest medicine and has been tried and tested on millions of people. The recent popularity of Chinese medicine is down to the fact that people now realise the benefits of a medical health care system that can resolve and heal most diseases without the use of aggressive drugs, side effects and unnecessary surgery. Kim currently writes a regular Acupuncture column for the local "Derry People Donegal News"Monday edition newspaper.
