About Shine therapies

Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles into acupuncture points along channels in the body. Treatment aims to remove blockages and balance the body once more. Acupuncture can be used for many ailments , common conditons treated include pain, menstrual problems, insomnia, skin disorders to name but a few.

Reflexology is the use of finger and thumb pressure along zones on the feet that relate to organs in the body. Similarly to acupuncutre the aim is to restore harmony in the body.  Many people use reflexology for relaxation but also to treat specific conditions, Many wome now using it for fertility.

Massage is a wonderful treatment for relaxation or for specific aches and pains in the body . The prices are as follows. Full body massage €35, Massage back and neck €25 Acupuncture €35 Reflexology €30

After a few visits to this clinic I am right as rain again

5 50 Acupuncture Treatment

My name is Damian Timoney & I am a Barman in a busy bar In Donegal Town. From time to time I suffer from muscle pain and back pain, this is where Allie comes in after a few visits to Allie's clinic in Laghey I am right as rain again. I could not recommend Allie highly enough she is great.
