Biography:

Tricia is a massage therapist at Dublin Therapeutic Massage Clinic.  She brings to the clinic 6 years experience both as a full-time therapist and 6 years as a practical instructor with the prestigious Holistic College Dublin.  Her qualifications include diplomas in the following forms of massage:

She has a lifelong interest in healing and, with two brothers qualified in complimentary therapies, she experienced at their hands the potential in this form of treatment in dealing with both mental and physical stresses - contributors to so many of the health problems people face in todays busy world.  Her main focus is on treatment of chronic muscular tension and injuries.

Her enthusiasm for complimentary therapies means that she never stops tryingto improve on her techniques to bring healing to those she treats.

Ms Alana Digan

Job Title:
 Practice Therapist
Specialisations:
Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sport and Exercise Science
Languages:
 English
Biography:

Alana is a full-time therapist at Dublin Therapeutic Massage Clinic.  She has been working in the holistic field for 3 years, beginning in a health spa.  She has spent most of her time working for the Holistic Healing Centre and for herself since September 2008.  Her qualifications include diplomas in sports, holistic (Swedish), Indian Head, aromatherapy, hot stone, pregnancy massage as well as in Reflexology.  She has also done a number of CPDs in deep tissue massage and is a Reiki Master.

Alana has always turned to massage and relaxation techniques over more conventional treatments to help her through difficult pathces, finding that this gets to the core of the problem more than jsut covering it up or treating the symptoms.  She believes in a more natural approach to life and health.  When she eventually decided to begin studying massage, shefelt very much as if she had arrive home.  Since then she knew this is what she was meant to do.

Her focus is mainly on the treatment of chronic issues in the muscles but she understands the far reaching effects on the mind and spirit through the stress reduction and relaxation elements of any of the treatments.  She is always on the lookout for new books and courses to further her knowledge and improve her techniques.
