Massage up to €55
Chinese massage is a form of therapy, which involves applying structured therapy to the soft tissues of the body or successively to the whole body.Chinese massage can be used to heal injury, relieve stress, manage pain and improve circulation.Chinese Massage can also be used to manipulate acupuncture points to lose weight, clear congestion, ease digestion problems and calm anxiety.Sessions typically last anything from 20 – 45 minutes and pricing is directly correlated to time.
Reflexology up to €55
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress-related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session? Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with the time allowed for treatment.
Acupressure up to €55
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason, it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.

Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

At Finesse we offer a range of different types of Massage therapy. Sports Massage, pre and post event, is important for both the treatment and prevention of soft tissue injury in the physically active. Deep Tissue Massage is used to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. The focus is on the muscles located underneath the top muscles. It is often recommended for individuals experiencing severe pain, athletes and those who have sustained injury.  Pregnancy Massage uses soothing oils to relax and support a woman during her pregnancy. Regular massages will benefit circulation, reduce swelling, improve respiration, reduce shoulder tension and relieve musculo-skeletal pain, particularly in the back and pelvic area. Regular treatments throughout the pregnancy have shown to help promote a successful labour and lead to more effective post-natal recovery. Orthopaedic Massage is a style of massage influenced by Chinese Medicine. It relies on applying gentle pressure to the body in a gentle and soothing motion. It can be received with clothes on, and it works very well on freeing up injured or tense muscles by gently breaking down blockages, scar tissue and/or adhesions.
