Review I probably should have walked out before the treatment, but I really needed a back neck and shoulder massage and so I persevered. The salon was very busy and the waiting area was packed and noisy and lacked any privacy, but if the lack of privacy in the reception area was was bad, what followed was shocking. Having sat waiting for my treatment in the shop window of this salon with passers-bye stopping to read the price list, I was told that the only treatment room available was already occupied by someone who as nearing the end of a treatment and as the room was quite large, would I mind if we proceeded immediately. I was slightly stunned that this was offered to me, but given that I had already been waiting quite some time, and I was only going for an upper body seated massage, I decided to go ahead with it. The room was large, but the other treatment was ongoing very close to where the massage chair I was led to. I was not offered a private space to undress, and in order to save my blushes I pressed myself into the massage chair while I pulled my sweater over my head and undressed to the waist. To further add to my embarrassment the upper part of the chair needed to be adjusted, and I had to sit there in full view of the other client whilst the therapist struggled with the adjustment. The massage was very good and it certainly eased out my sore neck and shoulders, but the manner in which I was treated from arrival to departure was deplorable. A discount was the very least that could have been offered or an apology and return complimentary treatment. I wont be back.Vincent, Ireland, 27 Dec 12

Insofar as natural therapies are able to replace conventional treatments they can also be called Alternative Therapies and Insofar as they may be used together with or subsequent to conventiona
