DK Orthotics & Injury Clinic

(01) 697 158546 Base2Race, Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin 24
"A happy customer"Carl, Ireland, 09 Apr 15
"I've been to numerous physios over the years and left not really satisfied with the end results. DK was recommended to me by a professional athlete so I decided to give it a go. Darren listened to my issues, made an assessment, explained the problem in an easy to understand way and set to work. I've had 3 sessions so far, my mobility and range of movement has far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier. Side note, the price is far more competitive than my previous experience with physio's which is a massive bonus. All in all I'm a happy customer."

Deep Tissue Massage
From €60 Enquire
Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. In many cases, a deep tissue massage has replaced the classic Swedish massage in terms of frequency of use. Whereas visitors to any spa around the country may have traditionally sought out a massage that simply relaxed, now they are seeking a massage that also stimulates, conditions, and heals.
