From my first consultation to the final 12 month in-person follow up, I have been treated with a great amount of professionalism and warmth from this highly knowledgeable team. Every step of my implant procedure was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, with any questions answered and any concerns I had removed. On the day of my procedure I was made to feel very relaxed before, during and after. So relaxed in fact, that at one point I fell asleep! I was able to lie comfortably throughout the implant procedure, choose and watch television, converse with the doctor and nurses, laugh and joke, all whilst the doctor worked on my scalp. There was no pain or discomfort at any point throughout my day spent with these amazing people and when it was time for me to leave. I was given an amazing aftercare pack and advice on how to use both the products included and how to ensure my procedure was as successful as possible. I was contacted at regular intervals throughout the next 12 months and always reminded with each video call that I could, at anytime, contact the team if I had any questions. I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. Granted I was a bit sceptical (as most men are) about the legitimacy of their credentials and experience level. Let me just say, all doubts have been laid to rest! I had a hair transplant at this clinic in July 2023. The doctor was Yusuf Ozturk. We previously contacted the doctor and made an operation plan. Everything went well on the day of the operation. We started at 11:00 and finished at 18:00. It's been half a year and I'm happy with the result. Yusuf is a very good attentive doctor and a true professional.

I had hair transplant treatment at Seneca in Thessaloniki. The procedure took two days. I chose this clinic on word of mouth, a close relative of mine works in the medical field and they recommended a doctor working with Seneca. On the first day the procedure was a bit painful and I gave relevant feedback, it was much better in the second day. Overall the offices and medical rooms look great and extremely clean. I was taken care of by my doctor and two nurses, all were very professional and friendly. Results after 10 months are very satisfactory and I have seen a great difference in how I and my hair look. I believe the price I paid was quite high, however since the results were great, I did not mind it.

I will highly recommend now. The saving for veneers is thousands. I saved over £6000 for porcelain veneers and paid just £4800 whereas I was quoted £18000 in Manchester. The dentist was lovely, the pre-consultation was easy and very informative. Absolutely faultless throughout.
